As the customer insights lead for The Home Depot Canada from 2009 to 2016, Susan’s internal and agency partners benefited from the breadth of her subject matter expertise and cross functional leadership. In addition to building out insights within Home Depot, she has managed marketing for all of Home Depot's businesses. Her marketing experience also includes a broad range of consumer packaged goods categories.
Most recently, Susan completed the Digital Marketing Management Certificate at The University of Toronto School of Continuing Education. She earned a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from York University and was awarded the George A. Edwards Marketing Medal. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Western Ontario.
